Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a fully remote UK team. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through registration, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services. The role offers a competitive base and uncapped bonus potential, with comprehensive training and clear progression paths.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with a target-driven environment and remote work from Mainland UK.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in a target-driven sales role within the last three years.
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales environments such as telesales or contact centres.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient and motivated to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
