Manpower UK is recruiting an Outbound Sales Advisor for a permanent, remote/hybrid role based in the UK. The position offers a basic salary up to £25,506 plus average bonus up to £7,000 per year, with a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, shifts 9am–7pm.

You will contact customers nationwide, build rapport and drive sales targets from home or a hybrid office setup. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and clear career progression, with final responsibilities including handling

This permanent Outbound Sales Advisor (Remote) role, based in Nottingham, offers a basic salary of up to £25,506 plus average bonus earnings of up to £7,000 annually. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9am and 7pm, the position is fully remote or hybrid. The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers to understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and recommend the most appropriate package. Using your communication and sales skills, you will:

What We''re Looking For

• A minimum of 12 months continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets
