Job summary

Brook Street NMR is recruiting for Outbound Sales Advisors to join a leading UK organisation supporting millions of customers nationwide. The role demands outbound calling, identifying customer needs and recommending appliance warranty products in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25,506, plus an average bonus up to £7,000 per year, and remote or hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' continuous sales experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in a target-driven environment such as telesales, contact centre sales, telemarketing, retention, insurance, utilities or similar outbound sales roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A resilient, motivated, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Understanding customer needs and circumstances.
• Explaining products and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Recommending the most suitable warranty package.
• Building trust and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Handling objections confidently and professionally.
• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
