Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is hiring an Outbound Sales Advisor for a fully remote role with optional hybrid work. The position offers a £25,506 basic salary plus an average annual bonus of up to £7,000, with 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday and shifts between 9am and 7pm.

In this role you will contact potential customers, build rapport, assess needs, recommend suitable products, handle objections, and work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets, all from home or a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of continuous target-driven sales experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales/telemarketing or similar high-volume sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Outbound Sales Advisor (Remote)

Salary: £25,506 basic salary plus average bonus earnings of up to £7000 per year.

Location: Remote and Hybrid options available.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 9am and 7pm. Two 15-minute breaks and a lunch break are included in your working day.

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers to understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and recommend the most appropriate package.

Using your communication and sales skills, you will:

• Build rapport with customers
• Identify customer needs
• Recommend suitable products and solutions
• Handle objections confidently
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 12 months continuous?experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets

This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, operating Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
