Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor (Remote) in the UK. The role offers a base salary of £25,506 per year plus a realistic £7,000 annual bonus, with remote or hybrid working options and 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

You will contact existing and prospective customers to discuss appliance warranty products, identify needs, and recommend suitable cover. The role is fast-paced, target-driven, and offers full training and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months' continuous sales experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in a target-driven environment such as telesales or contact centre sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, motivated and positive attitude.
• Drive to achieve targets and maximise earnings.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Understanding customer needs and circumstances.
• Explaining products and benefits clearly.
• Recommending the most suitable warranty package.
