Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for an Inbound Sales Advisor to work fully remotely across the Mainland UK. The role targets inbound customer interactions, with a base salary of £25,506 plus a potential annual bonus of £4,300–£8,400, and a typical 37.5 hour week.

You will engage with existing customers, qualify needs, and offer suitable protection products and service packages while working towards defined sales targets. Training is provided with ongoing coaching and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• 12 months' continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years.
• Direct-to-customer sales experience, such as telesales, contact centre sales, telemarketing or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers who are registering an appliance or contacting the business about an issue with a product.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and build rapport.
• Recommend suitable protection products and service packages.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
