Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking an Operations Manager – Fire and Security to lead the regional operations across North, Northwest and Scotland. You will manage two Service Delivery Managers and 16 engineers, driving performance, safety compliance and delivery of regional income and expenditure targets.

The role is predominantly home based with a local regional office for administration. You will recruit, develop staff, implement policies, and manage external contractors to ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Qualified in fire-related subject matter (Degree / HNC / HND / Level 5).
• NEBOSH qualification either completed or in progress with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an internal operations team (2 Service Delivery Managers and 16 engineers).
• Manage operational performance and respond to escalations.
• Deliver regional income and expenditure accounts and budgets.
• Develop local plans ensuring service delivery aligns with strategy.
• Govern external sub-contractor management and governance meetings.
