Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Onboarding / Operations Executive for a fast-scaling travel tech platform connecting operators, DMCs and agents. You will manage complex rate data, onboard partners and maintain relationships to drive growth.

Key tasks include inputting rates, training partners, solving problems, and exploring AI-enabled improvements while keeping personal partner connections. Role is remote with a Bournemouth meeting every 2-3 weeks and Mon-Fri work.

Qualifications

• Background in operational travel is useful.
• Experience handling complex, business-critical data is important.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, training and problem solving for partners.
• Inputting rates and setting up each partner’s presence on the platform.
• Maintain personal relationships with partners while innovating onboarding with AI.
