C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Onboarding / Operations Executive for a fast-scaling travel tech platform connecting operators, DMCs and agents. You will manage complex rate data, onboard partners and maintain relationships to drive growth.

Key tasks include inputting rates, training partners, solving problems, and exploring AI-enabled improvements while keeping personal partner connections. Role is remote with a Bournemouth meeting every 2-3 weeks and Mon-Fri work.

This a fast-scaling travel technology platform that connects travel operators and DMC partners with agents. They're looking for a forward thinking Onboarding / Operations Executive to manager the complex rate data that powers the platform to building the relationships that keep partners engaged and growing.

Onboarding / Operations Executive, Responsibilities

• We’re after a highly motivated individual to join our onboarding team.
• The role requires the ability to handle commercially critical data — inputting rates and setting up each partner’s presence on the platform.
• Self-motivation, diligence and attention to detail are essential.
• You will be responsible for onboarding, training and problem solving for our partners, so you’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• While the role involves mundane tasks in the short term you will be expected to play an active role in innovating, using AI to streamline and constantly improve our onboarding processes while maintaining the all-important personal relationships with our partners.

Onboarding / Operations Executive, Skills Required

• A background in operational travel is useful.
• Previous experience handling complex, business-critical data is important. While you don’t need a background in tech you should have more than a passing interest in the application of technology for innovative commercial purposes and proof of where you have successfully innovated in the past.

Onboarding / Operations Executive, Additional Information

• Paying up to circa £35K
• Remote based with a meeting every 2-3 weeks in Bournemouth (travel paid)
• Working Mon - Fri
