HYF Recruitment is recruiting a Night Shift Document Production Specialist for a prestigious international law firm. This permanent, fully remote role operates Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am, with a market-leading bonus and benefits package.

You will produce, format and amend a wide range of legal documents using firm templates, ensuring accuracy under tight deadlines. This overnight team role offers strong career progression and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
• Exceptional formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates.
• Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows.
• Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Managing documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work.
• Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.
