HYF Recruitment is assisting a world-leading international law firm with a fully remote Night Shift Document Production Specialist role. The position is permanent, Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am, offering a salary of £41,000 plus an exceptional bonus and benefits.

You will join an overnight team providing high-quality document production support from home, contributing to a premium service for lawyers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist in a law firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
• Excellent formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, format and amend legal documents using firm templates.
• Process document conversions and manage PDF workflows.
• Complete digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Create organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before returning completed work.
• Deliver a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.
