Job summary

HYF Recruitment is helping an international law firm hire a Legal Document Production Specialist for a fully remote night-shift role. The position is permanent, Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am, with an attractive salary (£41,000+) and an outstanding bonus/benefits package.

You’ll join a dedicated overnight team providing high-quality document production support to lawyers across the firm while working entirely from home. Excellent long-term career development is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist in a law firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
• Excellent formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Produce, format and amend legal documents using firm templates.
• Process document conversions and manage PDF workflows.
• Complete digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Create organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conduct quality checks before returning completed work.
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.
