HYF Recruitment is seeking a Night Shift Document Production Specialist for a permanent, fully remote position. Work Monday–Friday, 10pm–6am, from home, joining an overnight team to support lawyers with high-quality document production.

The role offers a salary of £41,000 plus an exceptional bonus and benefits, with long-term career progression at a leading international law firm that values its people. UK-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Experience as Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Word.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
• Excellent formatting and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates.
• Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows.
• Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Managing documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work.
• Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.
