Job summary

HYF Recruitment is looking for an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist for a fully remote night-shift role. You will join an overnight team, producing and formatting a wide range of legal documents for a leading international law firm.

The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary of £41,000+ per year and an exceptional bonus scheme plus comprehensive benefits. Remote work from home is supported with strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm.
• Advanced MS Word skills and strong formatting abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Visio is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates.
• Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows.
• Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting.
• Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Managing documents within the firm’s cloud-based document management system.
• Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work.
• Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines.
