HYF Recruitment is seeking a Night Shift Document Production Specialist for a top international law firm, offering fully remote work and night hours from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday.

This permanent, full-time role joins an overnight team producing, formatting and editing a wide range of legal documents while enjoying an exceptional bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits. UK-based candidates only, remote working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist in a law firm.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Word.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
• Exceptional formatting and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, format and amend legal documents using firm templates.
• Process document conversions and manage PDF workflows.
• Complete digital dictation and complex formatting.
• Create organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage documents in the firm's cloud-based document management system.
• Perform thorough quality checks before returning work.
• Deliver high-quality service under tight deadlines.
