Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote UK field role. You will manage client portfolios, promote new services and coordinate with internal teams to deliver credible solutions. A driving licence and 2 years of BD sales experience are essential.

Salary ranges £40,000–£50,000 with commission, car allowance and strong career prospects. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in a business development role.
• Background in IT systems, NHS and/or medical sales could be beneficial.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients and build strong, positive relationships.
• Update clients on issues such as new products, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs.
• Provide detailed management information reports to clients as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credible solutions and smooth implementation.
• Carry out analysis and produce client reports as needed.
• Act as the key interface between Clients and all relevant internal departments.
• Manage opportunities end‑to‑end: qualification, solution design, proposals, negotiation and handover.
• Support tender, framework and procurement activity with high‑quality inputs.
• Handle customer issues via internal support desk to resolve quickly and professionally.
• Complete the company sales training program and stay up to date with products and technology.
• Uphold information governance and security standards throughout the sales lifecycle.
