Job summary

Impact HR Services Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new client growth across the SME market. Location is remote (preferred locations Northamptonshire/Milton Keynes) with salary £45,000 pa OTE up to £60,000.

You will build relationships with business owners and senior decision makers, promote the full HR, Health & Safety, Payroll, Recruitment and HR Technology services, and grow a healthy sales pipeline across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or client relationships.
• Experience within professional services or SME-focused environments would be advantageous.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships and outbound activity.
• Build relationships with business owners, Managing Directors, HR leaders and senior decision makers.
• Attend client meetings and introductory discussions across the region.
• Promote the full range of Impact HR services across HR, Health & Safety, Payroll, Recruitment and HR Technology.
• Identify immediate and future business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed activity and revenue targets and support group growth initiatives.
