Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a New Business Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and to expand Ideagen's customer base. You will engage with decision-makers, deliver compelling demonstrations, and align our SaaS solutions to client needs, driving measurable commercial results.

The role is remote with potential to work from the Nottingham area. You will report to the Sales department and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer teams to maximise value and growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning net-new business in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to close.
• Strong consultative selling skills to uncover needs and articulate value.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned market.
• Identify and develop high-value opportunities through prospecting and relationships.
• Manage the full sales journey from initial engagement to close.
• Understand customer needs and align Ideagen solutions to deliver value.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate and close profitable new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for forecasting and performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer teams to maximise value.
• Voice market insights and feedback to support product strategy.
