Job summary

Placements24's client, an innovative culinary group focused on virtual dining and hospitality experiences, seeks a Remote Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple virtual brands from a remote location.

You will drive kitchen efficiency, delivery logistics, quality control and customer satisfaction while collaborating with marketing and tech teams. A strong background in restaurant management and problem-solving is essential, with a dedicated home office and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in restaurant management; multi-unit or virtual operations experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software, online ordering platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage teams and operations effectively from a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality management qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple virtual restaurant brands from a remote location.
