You will shape strategies to improve profitability, customer experience, and brand consistency while leveraging supply chain and technology to drive efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and ability to manage remote teams. Travel occasionally is expected; a home office setup is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability across all retail outlets.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory management, logistics, and store operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for retail operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and IT, to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operational aspects.
• Lead and mentor regional operations managers and store teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Analyze operational performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and customer service.
• Develop and maintain robust SOPs for all retail operations.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges proactively.
• Drive initiatives related to sustainability and ethical practices within operations.
