Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Catering Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with key corporate clients across the nation. You will be the primary contact from inquiry to event delivery, ensuring exceptional catering experiences and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in account management, sales, or client relations in catering or hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate catering accounts and foster long-term relationships.
• Be the main liaison between clients and internal catering operations.
• Understand client needs to propose customized catering solutions.
• Plan and execute corporate events with seamless delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling catering services.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure menu accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track client activity and sales pipeline using CRM software.
