The Recruiters Room is recruiting for a 100% remote Customer Service Agent for a leading mortgage lender. Start date is 11 January 2027 with mandatory training in the first seven weeks, during which all equipment and remote training are provided.

You will handle high-volume inbound calls from customers about mortgage accounts, offering compliant solutions while following FCA guidelines and performing light administration tasks. A fully remote role with comprehensive benefits is offered.
