The Recruiters Room is recruiting for a 100% remote Mortgage Arrears Collections Agent in the UK. The role focuses on telephone-based debt collection for a FCA regulated mortgage lender, handling arrears with empathy and compliance.

Starting 11 January 2027, salary £26,250 with bonus, equipment provided, and remote training. You must be able to commit to training dates and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 100% Telephone-Based Debt Collections experience (B2C).
• Experience in an FCA regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in arrears by telephone to provide solutions while adhering to regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
