The Recruiters Room is recruiting for a Mortgage Arrears Collections Agent, working 100% remotely for UK-only applicants. The role starts on 11 January 2027 and offers a base of £26,250 per year plus bonus.

You will handle telephone-based B2C collections for a FCA-regulated mortgage lender, with full equipment provided and training remotely. Ideal candidates have mortgage arrears collections experience, strong empathy, and the ability to discuss sensitive financial situations.

• 100% telephone-based debt collections experience (B2C).
• Experience working in an FCA regulated environment.

Responsibilities
