You will prepare tenders, price Design & Build projects from specifications and drawings, and develop complete cost estimates from partial designs while identifying missing information and proposing practical solutions.

You will liaise with suppliers, support tender submissions and work on residential and accommodation developments, with flexible working options

Qualifications

• Experience preparing tenders for mechanical building services.
• Ability to develop complete cost estimates from partial designs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, heating, ventilation and plumbing systems.
