EDX Markets is seeking a Market Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You will monitor real-time market health, troubleshoot and resolve Member issues on the front line, validate software changes, and run daily procedures across the trading environment.

Based in the UK time zone, this remote role requires ownership, fast decision-making, and collaboration with Product and Technology to improve platform reliability and Member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years in trade desk support or market operations at an exchange or broker.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and order book workflows.
• Hands-on with FIX protocol and API connectivity.
• Experience supporting institutional clients under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time markets for health and integrity, and resolve events promptly.
• Support Member onboarding, connectivity, and configuration activities.
• Collaborate with Technology to design, test, and QA new features.
• Build dashboards and reports using Looker to track behavior and health.
• Apply AI tools to streamline procedures and improve efficiency.
