Job summary

EC Markets LTD is seeking a Client Service Analyst to be the primary contact for clients across investment and trading products in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will support clients throughout their investment journey, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include client support across channels, trading platform assistance, and collaboration with Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver effective client solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' brokerage/fintech experience or a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, timely, and accurate client support via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Act as first point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Build trust through clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Manage client expectations during periods of market activity and volatility.
• Provide assistance on trading accounts, platform navigation, and account maintenance.
• Ensure interactions comply with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Trading, and Tech teams.
