EC Markets UK is seeking a motivated Client Service Analyst to be the primary contact for clients across investment and trading products. In a fast-paced, regulated environment, you will deliver professional support and help clients throughout their investment journey.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensure accuracy, comply with FCA regulations, and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Trading, and Technology to improve service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brokerage, fintech, financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional support to clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Act as trusted first point of contact, delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
• Assist with trading accounts, platform navigation, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure all interactions comply with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and contribute to process improvements.
