Qualifications

• Experience in a trading operations or strategy support role.
• Strong risk awareness and decisive action on live positions.
• Knowledge of exchange-traded products, specs, expiries, and trading hours.
• Programming in Python/C++ and shell scripting to build usable tools.
• Experience with backtesting and data analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to report on risk and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor strategy performance, P&L, margin usage and positions throughout the trading day.
• Backtest changes and new strategies; explore new opportunities for profit.
• Triage production issues and coordinate with tech and trading teams.
• Maintain production configs and improve monitoring and tools for trading and research.
• Write end-of-day reports on risk, system changes, incidents, and trading outcomes.
