Job summary

The LMP Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Assessor to deliver Level 3/5 Specialist Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards across the UK. You will organise your diary, work from home, and travel to workplaces to observe learners and complete progress reports.

You will assess learners, maintain accurate records, deliver 1:1 or group training, and collaborate with employers to sequence curriculums while meeting quality standards and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent.
• DET or CertEd(FE) qualification.
• 2+ years working within a TA environment.
• IQA qualification (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Apprenticeship programmes across the UK.
• Assess learners’ performance in the workplace.
• Maintain up-to-date records (e-portfolio and caseload) for each learner.
• Provide progression, retention and achievement information.
• Deliver Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
• Carry out initial assessment of learners and assess progress.
