Job summary

Ipeco Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced role to design, develop and deliver structured development programmes and apprenticeships across the group, with travel to other UK sites.

You will assess learner progress, coordinate training activity, and collaborate with Supervisors, line managers and HR to drive quality and impact. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification at level 3 or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or production.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and supporting learners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured development programmes and apprenticeships.
• Coordinate and schedule training activities in line with requirements.
• Deliver and support programmes focusing on practical skills and learner progression.
• Assess learner progress and programme outcomes.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and HR to support learner development.
• Support quality assurance activities in development and assessment.
• Promote company programmes at recruitment events.
