Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Loss Adjusters to meet targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for development.
• Provide technical guidance on complex claims matters.
• Manage a portfolio of claims with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Review reports for quality, compliance and accuracy.
