Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Field Team Manager – Loss Adjusting Services to lead a remote team across the designated area in the UK. You will oversee performance, provide technical guidance, and manage complex claims with a focus on service excellence.

This remote role involves travel as needed, with responsibilities spanning coaching, report reviews, and stakeholder relationship management to ensure top-quality outcomes for clients, brokers, and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of loss adjusting, claims handling, and insurance principles.
• Experience delivering results in a fee-earning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Loss Adjusters to meet targets.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching to engage staff.
• Provide technical guidance and review loss adjuster reports.
• Manage a portfolio of claims with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and policyholders.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
