Job summary

Apogee Corporation Ltd is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Technician to act as a senior escalation point and own complex incidents across server, cloud, and network environments. You will lead on infrastructure stability, documentation, and knowledge sharing within a growing enterprise team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with 08:30–17:30, and flexible two days per week work-from-home. You will work with MS 365/Azure, SCCM, and Hybrid AD in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Essential technical experience includes: strong Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
• SCCM System Center Configuration Manager experience.
• Proven ability to implement and manage Microsoft Entra, Intune, Autopilot, and Defender.
• Strong Windows Server (2016+) knowledge including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RDS.
• Experience maintaining Hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V or VMware.
• Solid networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, firewalls, WiFi.
• Experience as a 3rd line escalation point in a tiered support model.
• Good IT security practices and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Maintain and improve customer IT infrastructure including patching and upgrades.
• Design, implement, and support solutions across server, cloud, and network environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure change, system improvements and new deployments.
• Support client onboarding and produce high‑quality technical documentation.
• Provide guidance to 1st and 2nd line teams.
• Work within change control and service management processes.
• Support customers via phone, email, and self‑service portals.
• Participate in an on‑call rota (up to one week in four).
• Pursue ongoing technical development through training and certifications.
