You will mentor developers and consultants, translating business objectives into scalable technical blueprints and overseeing end-to-end delivery across Adobe workflows.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable marketing operations, data governance, and impactful customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in application consulting, marketing technology, CRM, or similar.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-level delivery and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical workstreams across operations, development, and client teams for Adobe platforms.
• Drive adoption and standardisation of internal marketing tools and Adobe applications.
• Design and oversee complex, customised business rules within Adobe platforms.
