Responsibilities

• Design scalable batch and streaming data platforms powering analytics, experiments, ML, and subscriber experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Platform teams to translate business challenges into durable data solutions.
• Lead architectural decisions and establish data quality, governance, observability, and reliability best practices across squads.
• Design data models and platform architecture supporting growth toward one billion users while balancing performance and cost.
• Simplify complex systems, reduce technical debt, and improve developer experience across the data ecosystem.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction through collaborative leadership.
