Payward Services is seeking a Lead, Business Operations to serve as the operating generalist for Payward Services. You will own partner launches, drive the operating rhythm, and deliver automation and reporting at scale across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve launch processes, and build repeatable workflows using AI tools and integrations. A performance-driven, detail-oriented self-starter will thrive in this role.

Competenze

4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles, including in-house at payments/fintech/crypto.
Experience owning end-to-end processes and driving them to completion.
Comfort with building launch plans and automating workflows using AI/no-code tools.

Mansioni

Serve as operating partner to PWS leadership, running business cadence, planning, reviews and leadership updates.
Automate manual work across the business with AI and integrations, from launch checklists to reporting.
Improve launch processes with Solutions, Product, and Compliance to shorten time-to-live for partner integration.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects critical to Payward Services' success.
