Payward Services is seeking a Lead, Business Operations to act as the operating generalist for PWS, driving launcher readiness, cadence, and strategic projects. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to scale the business and fix broken processes.

This builder role requires turning observations into reusable workflows, and delivering impact with AI-enabled automation across functions.

Competenze

4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles, incl. in-house payments/fintech/crypto
Proven end-to-end ownership of processes and ability to operationalize initiatives
Comfort with both launch planning and automation; agility to switch between tasks
Experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation to cut manual work
Clear communication across audiences: Sales, Leadership, and Engineering
Strong data skills and meticulous attention to detail
Self-starter who can create roadmaps where none exist
