Payward Services, listed via a partner, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline RFP and DDQ processes, coordinate cross-functional responses, and maintain CRM accuracy. You will support pipeline reporting, lead qualification, and onboarding handoffs, enabling efficient, compliant sales execution in a global, fully remote setting.

Competenze

• 3+ years in sales operations, sales support, or proposal management.
• Experience with RFPs, DDQs, security questionnaires, or complex proposals.
• Ability to coordinate Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and commercial teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and generating pipeline reports.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes from request to submission.
• Coordinate responses with internal specialists for technical, security, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and Solutions for accurate information under deadlines.
• Maintain CRM accuracy across accounts, contacts, and opportunities; build pipeline dashboards.
• Prepare reporting materials for weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership.
• Oversee transition from signed agreements to customer onboarding with Solutions and Finance.
