• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles in fintech or crypto.
• Experience owning end-to-end processes and driving them to completion.
• Ability to automate manual work using AI or no-code tools.

• Act as operating partner to leadership: manage cadence, planning, reviews, and leadership updates.
• Automate manual work across the business with AI and integrations.
• Improve partner launch processes and build a repeatable launch framework.
