Job summary

Payward's Krak Product Operations team leads cross‑functional coordination to launch features safely and efficiently. You will work with compliance, risk, fraud, CE, and external vendors to surface dependencies and resolve blockers.

The role focuses on coordinating risk and regulatory requirements, managing vendor roadmaps, and bringing MI and market insights into product decisions to protect delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in product operations, strategy, or programme management in consumer fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products.
• Experience with fraud and risk functions and how controls interact with product design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance and risk across product development and launches.
• Own third‑party vendor management, trackers, and roadmaps.
• Respond to MI and feature performance with fraud, dispute, and CE metrics.
• Scan market intelligence for competitors and regulatory developments affecting roadmap.
