Job summary

Ethos is seeking consumer insights managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will oversee the full study lifecycle—from interview guides to insight synthesis—across core workflows and deliver polished outputs. This role is fully remote with flexible hours, ideal for 5-20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer or user research, strong coding and design skills, and excellent written communication for decks and reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer or user research across interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Expert in thematic coding methods and translating data into insights.
• Strong document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with clear writing.
• Ownership of full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop research materials and synthesis outputs that inform product decisions.
• Translate findings into actionable product recommendations and journey maps.
