Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced K-12 educators to help train an AI model on professional document tasks. This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with compensation at $80 per hour. Start date is ASAP, with flexible scheduling to fit your commitments.

You will craft and critique AI-generated reports, plans, and communications, ensuring high-quality instructional documentation. Ideal candidates have direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement docs,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning or school improvement docs; fluent in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Collaborate with educators to develop unit/lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
• Prepare parent communications and progress reports; contribute to school improvement materials.
