Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of clinical development to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical documents across study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory materials while maintaining scientific rigor.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $100/hour. Prior experience in pharma/biotech or CRO environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations for medical materials.
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
