Avidity is seeking a Learning & Development Design & Delivery Specialist to join our People Team. This role blends design, content creation and facilitation to deliver engaging experiences for colleagues and clients.

Primarily home-based, with occasional UK & Ireland travel and quarterly team meetings in Glasgow, you will design digital, virtual and face-to-face learning, create visuals and facilitator resources, and lead programmes that build capability across the business.

Qualificações

• Experience creating learning content, training materials or digital learning solutions.
• A creative mindset with the confidence to challenge traditional learning approaches.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar for visuals.
• Experience using Storyline, Rise, Evolve Intellum or similar for authoring.
• Confident facilitating virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Passion for learning and engaging learner experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support learning events.

Responsabilidades

• Designing engaging digital, virtual and face-to-face learning solutions.
• Creating visually impactful learning content and resources.
• Using design tools to create professional learning materials.
• Facilitating engaging learning programmes for sales, leadership, onboarding and client initiatives.
• Supporting internal development programmes and client partner learning solutions.
• Working with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
• Contributing to the evolution of the learning offer, including digital learning and emerging technologies.
