Job summary

Referrals Only is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner for Specialist Services. The role is UK-based with remote options (Cardiff, London or Remote) offering £34,000 - £46,000 plus incentive awards and benefits.

You will partner with Specialist Services to translate strategic priorities into effective learning strategies, curriculums and measurable outcomes. You’ll work with Designers and Facilitators to ensure learning is accurate, compliant and aligned with business goals, while

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Specialist Services domains (Finhealth, Complaints or VAIB).
• Strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and translate needs into measurable curriculums.
• Proven capability to collaborate with Design, Delivery and Knowledge Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Building operational partnerships by embedding within business areas as the L&D contact.
• Diagnosing performance needs to determine impactful learning interventions.
• Designing curriculums and measurable outcomes for design and delivery teams.
• Supporting design and delivery with SME guidance and operational context.
• Ensuring content governance and compliance with updated guidance.
• Evaluating impact with stakeholders using data and learner feedback.
• Shaping the broader operational L&D strategy with cross-functional insights.
• Applying domain knowledge of Specialist Services to inform learning initiatives.
