Job summary

Inclusive Employers Limited is seeking a Learning Designer to design accessible, high-quality learning content for virtual and in-person delivery. You will work with subject matter experts, consultants and internal stakeholders to respond to briefs and deliver impactful outcomes.

The role is part-time, hybrid with home-working options, and reports to the Senior L&D Partner. The position supports continuity for the current Learning Designer, with initial 7-month contract terms (Dec 2026–June

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and learning design skills.
• Familiarity with learning theories and evaluation methods.
• Experience designing accessible learning for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt webinars, workshops, programmes and other learning interventions for a range of audiences and learning styles.
• Create storyboard and design accessible, technology-based learning using the Articulate Rise platform.
• Translate briefs from SMEs and clients into clear learning outcomes and materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and associates to ensure content is accurate and effective.
• Deliver design work on time within scope and budget when applicable.
• Manage multiple projects and time-bound priorities.
