Kortext is seeking an Application Support specialist to work remotely across the UK. The role handles first-response customer service, ticket triage, and issue diagnosis across Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce.

You will analyse client data with SQL, configure applications, communicate progress to stakeholders and contribute to a growing knowledge base. 37.5 hours per week, salary £26,500–£28,000 per annum, reporting to the Application Support Team Lead.

Formación

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and ticket triage processes.
• Proficient in analyzing client data with SQL queries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder update skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first responder, delivering excellent customer service to clients via Jira, email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
• Triage incoming support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Troubleshoot data, infrastructure and application issues, including analysing client data using SQL queries.
• Perform basic application configurations to support client needs.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on investigations, progress and ticket resolutions.
• Attend client calls to support data-related queries.
• Maintain and update the team Knowledge Base to support continuous improvement.
• Work confidently with Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
