Job summary

Recruitment Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician for a home-based, 20-hours-per-week role with a long-established UK IT services company. The position is remote with training, including a 3-day induction at the offices.

You will act as the first point of contact for clients by phone and email, log issues, keep documentation, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable Microsoft/Office 365 support and cloud-based solutions across the UK.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or Engineer role.
• Experience working with Cloud based Microsoft systems, servers - coupled with a strong working knowledge of Office 365.
• A professional and proactive approach
• Strong, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, via telephone and email.
• Log and track support issues via the company's ticket system.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Receive comprehensive in-house training including a 3-day induction at company offices.
