Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Director - Customer Solutions to lead IT delivery and governance on strategic Defence and Public Sector logistics bids, tenders, and complex IT transformation opportunities. The role partners with Sales and Business Development to align IT strategies with regional growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

Experience working on logistics bids and tenders for the Defence or Public Sector focusing on IT elements.
Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

Drive Performance: translate commercial priorities into IT engagement and solution strategies.
Develop Strategic Direction: govern and communicate IT strategies for pursuits and accounts.
Foster Innovation: build relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic customers to identify differentiating technology opportunities.
Shape Growth Opportunities: plan and manage the forward IT BD pipeline across key customers and pursuits.
Lead with Purpose: coordinate IT involvement in bids and tenders to ensure differentiating solutions.
Ensure Governance and Quality: oversee governance of work across the Customer Solutions team and ensure quality and compliance.
